Responsible from A to Z for this project where we try to get our ING staff more in shape. Because a healthy employee is a happier employee. The start-up and exploitation of a fitness centre. I do a lot of kilometres on the road to go to events where our employees can run or bike, I develop creative plans in close contact with our suppliers. Next to that I’m responsible for HR Events. That can vary from a Cafetariaplan event in the Heysel for 7,000 people to a workshop for 15 people, and everything in between.

When I started with WellBe@ING, our HR department placed me in the Marketing Department where I worked closely together with the Event team.
